Weekend rental includes 3 days charter according to the price list (including Saturday and / or Sunday).
Important:
Responsibility of the driver of the rented vehicle, for damage to the vehicle, caused by the fault of the driver (included total damage and theft of vehicles) is reduced by the purchase of insurance (which is obligatory) to 0 KM (without your participation in damages!). However, this insurance is not without any liability. It does not cover the loss of parts of a vehicle caused by a nonchalance of driver (such as lost ratkapa, antenna, tire damage, damage to the interior of the vehicle, and vehicle damage caused by inadequate transportation of things). In the event of the user's obvious negligence and inadequate behavior, improper handling of the vehicle, failure to comply with the basic provisions and regulations of the vehicle manufacturers and insurance companies, failure to perform all previously clearly demonstrated, necessary and prescribed activities to be done in case of any damage to the vehicle, as well as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and the like, the liability of the driver for damage to the vehicle will be complete, i.e. in full amount of damage.

- An extension of the lease is possible with mandatory prior consultation with the Champion AC and it is the subject of vehicle availability.
- Upon returning the vehicle, up to 2 hours delay is allowed in relation to the time when the vehicle was leased. In the event of a delay of more than 2 hours, an additional day according to the price list is charged.
Returning the vehicle
- Delivery as well as return of vehicles outside of our offices is possible, and it is free within the boundaries of the city in which we have our office. Ask for other locations when booking a vehicle. Any take-over and return of a vehicle outside of official working hours is possible with the price and terms according to agreement.
- Renting and returning vehicles at the Airport is possible, and is free for the Airport in the city where the CAC has its office.
- Domestic and international drop off (return of vehicle in another city in BiH or in Europe where CAC does not have its own registered office) is possible. Information on prices and conditions of such services is available on your specific request.
Fuel
In the case of a returning of a vehicle with a lower amount of fuel compared to the situation when the vehicle was taken over the missing fuel is charged. The missing fuel tank service is free

Payment
Payment of services can be done:
- in cash (KM / BAM currency, possible payment in other currencies, in accordance with the valid bank exchange rate sheets on the day of payment)
- bank transfer to one of our bank accounts (KM or EURO currency)
- or with most credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, AmEx).
- In case of renting vehicles by legal entities, delivery of a valid order book is also required.
Reservations
- Car rental reservations are only granted on the basis of category and / or vehicle class.
- The availability of a particular, preferred model and vehicle type can not always be guaranteed at the time of booking the vehicle. In case there is a justified inability of the CAC to deliver (rent) the reserved type and model of the vehicle, CAC undertakes to deliver the vehicle of at least the same or higher class at the previously agreed/booked rental price.
All vehicles shown in the offer are exclusively of newer production and these lastest models have everything necessary legal and traffic documentation, equipment (spare wheel/tire repair kit, first aid, triangles, cables, bulbs, reflecting vests, etc.) and tires (standard for the winter season: all 4 winter tires + chains in the boot) for unobstructed use of vehicles in all areas and in all weather conditions, have 1 + 4/6/7/8 seats, 1 + 4 doors, air conditioning, and all other full equipment from the package. Vehicles are, accordingly to the requirements and strict regulations of the manufacturer, are regularly serviced and maintained, and are in excellent operating condition. They have petrol and/or diesel engines of different volumes, power and types (depending on class/category and individual models).
All models in the offer are also equipped with:
